Help with a purchase

If you bought Pro and did not receive your licence, or the licence will not import, email us with your order reference (it is on your Paddle receipt). We can re-send or re-issue it.

Step by step: open LocalConvert, go to the Pro screen, choose Import a licence file, and select the license.dat you were emailed.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Requests go to the same address.

Reporting a problem

If a conversion fails, the application will usually say why. If it does not, tell us the version (Settings → About), the input and output formats, and what you expected to happen.

Source code requests (LGPL)

LocalConvert bundles FFmpeg under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 2.1. The notices are installed with the application as THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt. As the licence requires, we offer the corresponding source code for those libraries, valid for at least three years from your distribution date. To request it, email contact@dehdi.com with the subject "LocalConvert source request".
